“Culture may not be able to make a successful enterprise; however, an enterprise without culture is doomed to fail.” While deeply researching the technical culture of products, the corporation strengthens cultural deposits of corporation, speeds up intellectual and ideological development, in order to guide, encourage and educate staff with corporation culture and further to make all staffs accept and joint in the core philosophy. Through various carries and activities to cultivate our culture, the company has organized many types of entertainments every year such as travels, sports meetings and interior publications, etc. to enrich and energize leisure life of staffs, cultivate staff’s taste and strengthen cohesive force and centripetal force among the staff.
